Using Viralia implies full acceptance of these terms, the legal notice and the privacy and cookie policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Viralia generates vertical clips from your videos and publishes them automatically on the social networks you connect, according to the plan purchased. The service may be in beta and may evolve or be temporarily interrupted.

You must be of legal age and hold the necessary rights over the videos you upload. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and of the network accounts you connect.

You may not use Viralia to publish unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, misleading, violent or hateful content, or content that breaches the rules of the target platforms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of your videos and clips. You grant us a limited licence to process and publish them on your behalf for the sole purpose of providing the service.

Plans and clip or hour packs are billed according to the prices shown on the website at the time of purchase. Packs are extras that add to your plan and do not change your subscription.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee specific reach or virality results, nor are we liable for third-party platforms' decisions about your content.

We may update these terms; changes will be posted on this page. The relationship is governed by Spanish law and the jurisdiction of the courts of the owner's domicile, without prejudice to consumer rights.
